About the Initiative

This initiative is an arm of the alumni designed to:

1. Develop and train the executive team on Human Resources and Capital Management.
2. Appraise, acknowledge, and appreciate good performance of executive members quarterly or yearly, as our Key Management Group (KMG).
3. Motivate executive members for increased productivity, growth, and efficiency in deliverables and leadership capacity.
4. Evaluate the morals, values, and ethics practices of executive members quarterly or yearly to uphold and sustain core values and leadership moral standards.
5. Reward executive members for selfless service.
